"I Told You So" cottage is a charming, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom ground floor unit on a hilltop in a quiet area called Orchid Bay Village near the Settlement. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is Sattelite TV and Wireless Internet. In the distance you can see a sliver of Sea of Abaco. A couple of minutes drive or a 5 minute walk will take you to the Settlement where the Grocery store, Nipper's Beach Bar and and Grabber's is. The house offers a nice, covered patio with a sitting area. The beautiful beach is only a 5 minute walk or a short golf cart ride away. The beach is stretching for miles in each direction. You can walk down the beach a few hundred yards to Nipper's. The cottage is brand new and have split units air conditioning. Sorry, but no pets are allowed.
